2nd Shift Material Handler in Longmont, Colorado

BSI is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler for our customer in Longmont, CO. This is a long term contract position, and the hours are 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Monday through Friday.

TASK DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:.
Move trays of cores/drums from one area to another.
Loading trays from pallets onto the anodizing conveyor.
Feeding the Spartan load station with trays of cores from either pallets on from the.
conveyor coming from Anodizing.
Moving trays from the Spartan off-load station to the Sorter conveyor.
Palletizing trays originating from the sorter.
Stops and Starts equipment by managing the devices by methods of computer system input.
Lift and lug as much as 13lbs around 30 times/hour.
Initial push/pull force 35lbs roughly 10 times/shift.
Defend periods of 2 hours at a time approximately 7 hours/day.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate should have MUST have a HS diploma or equivalent, plus material handling experience. This position includes random examinations of the finished drums for gross problems, examining the integrity of the completed pallets at the sorter, tagging the pallet with appropriate identification, and moving of pallets with a manual pallet jack from the sorter to the drum stockroom area. The material handler tracks the flow of product through the production process by tape-recording information by ways of scanner/bar code systems at each station. The product handler also keepings the equipment running minor equipment fixes or getting in touch with upkeep for even more significant malfunctions.

SETTLEMENT: $13.20 per hour.
