No Tail Domestic Medium Hair Adult - Adoption, Rescue for sale in Longmont, Colorado

Well hello there. Names No Tail, ironically, I have quite a tale. I am quite a unique, if not very handsome, gentleman. I used to run around a trailer park, sometimes people would put food out for all of us kitties who lived there, but nobody really took care of me. A very nice man noticed me, he noticed how sweet and loving I am, and did I mention handsome? He also noticed that something was very wrong with my tail and that I needed help. He brought me to ARC. I heard them say things like de-gloved, and infected. The very next day a wonderful veterinarian took what was left of my tail off. After a few days boy did I feel (and smell) so much better! My foster moms grandson started calling me No Tail, and thats how I got my name.

I am a young fella, about two years old. I adore people, I will have conversations with you, sit in your lap, sleep by your side, I come when I'm called and I will follow you around like a dog. I am actually pretty dog like, and I am dog friendly! If you have a cat friendly dog I will fit right in. I prefer an active household, and am good with kids as long as they are nice to me. I am even learning to walk on a leash outside like a dog. Maybe you can even walk me with your dogs and be the talk of the town! I mean, who else has a cat they can walk on a leash?
I love living inside now, (I have to be an inside kitty) and sleeping on a soft bed on soft blankets. I use the litter box every time I need to potty, and I get along with the other kitties in the house. I am looking for a wonderful, understanding home where I will get lots of love and be cherished for years to come. Because I lived outside so much, and am such a nice guy, I had to fight for my food and another kitty gave me FIV, which is spread by deep bite wounds. I was tested twice, so we know its for sure. If you arent sure what FIV is, please do a little research so you will understand it. Currently I am very healthy and can remain that way for many years. I dont have to take any medicine either. Research has shown that FIV kitties can live with other kitties and not transmit it to them, as long as we all get along. Im pretty submissive, so I dont start any trouble.

You would be a lucky human to have a wonderful kitty like me. You can contact ARC at

via phone or text, or email info@animalrescueconnection.org if you are interested in gracing your wonderful home with my presence and would like more info on how to adopt me.
